Greetings! It is hard to believe we are at the end of 2023. As I sat down to write this letter, I reflected on some of the interactions and experiences Team CIE has found themselves in during the year. There is a concept that comes to mind—Collaboration for Community.

Collaboration has been our biggest strength in order to deliver services to the communities where we work. We collaborate with our homeowners, our Boards, local trades, and other resources to resolve property and homeowner related matters—this is what we love to do!
